- Exhibitor Move-In: Tuesday, October 23, 2018, 11:00am-5:00pm
- Exhibitor Move-Out: Wednesday, October 24, 2018, 5:00pm-10:00pm (Break down before 5:00pm is strictly prohibited)
- Hall Location: Jacob K. Javits Center, Hall 1C
- Exhibitor Badge Pickup: Tuesday, October 23, 2018, 2:00pm-5:00pm
- Exhibit Hall Hours: Wednesday, October 24, 2018, 10:45am-5:00pm
- Booth Specs: Each 10’ x 10’ booth area will be provided with 8' fabric hardwalls, 3' fabric sidewalls, and a booth identification sign. Show management requires that you cover the floor in your booth. NOTE: That is not included in your booth package and must be purchased separately.
- PLEASE NOTE: Your booth package also includes one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and one wastebasket, but the table and chairs must be reserved in order to have them placed at your booth. Fill out this form to alert show management that you will or will not be reserving your included furniture.
- If you do not fill out the form, show management will assume that you do not want to utilize the furniture.
- We ask that all booth backdrops do not exceed 8ft in height.
