  • Exhibitor Move-In: Tuesday July 17, 2018, 11:00am-5:00pm
  • Exhibitor Move-Out: Wednesday, July 18, 2018, 5:00pm-10:00pm (Breaking down before 5:00pm is strictly prohibited)
  • Hall Location: 13th Floor, Penthouse C 
  • Exhibitor Badge Pickup: Tuesday, July 17, 2018, 2:00pm-5:00pm 
  • Exhibit Hall Hours: Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 10:45am-5:00pm
  • Booth Specs: Each 10’ x 10’ booth area will be provided with 6’ 6" hard backwalls and sidewalls and a booth identification sign. The exhibit hall has an industrial feel with exposed finished concrete flooring. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: Your booth package also includes one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and one wastebasket, but the table and chairs must be reserved in order to have them placed at your booth. Fill out this form to alert show management that you will or will not be reserving your included furntiure.
    • If you do not fill out the form, show management will assume that you do not want to utilize the furntiure.
  • Due to ceiling height restrictions, we ask that all booth backdrops do not exceed 8ft in height.

NEW THIS YEAR! The BizBash team has secured Catalyst Exhibitions to help facilitate our move-in and out at the California Market Center. We will have personnel on site to efficiently handle freight deliveries & traffic.  This team will not only be on-site to marshal the street and loading docks but will also be on hand to operate the elevators and help move freight throughout the building.
