Attention Exhibitors!

 

Please use this checklist as a guide as you prepare to exhibit at BizBash Live Los Angeles 2018.

 

 

Submit the Acknowledgement Form as soon as possible to events@bizbash.com.

 

Register your booth staff for the show to see all event invitations – Please note each 10x10 Booth receives 4 booth staff passes. For additional passes or to receive your code, contact the BizBash Event Operations Team.

 

Fill out the form to reserve the six-foot skirted table and two chairs that are included in your booth package by July 11th. If you don’t reserve these by July 11th, show management will assume you are not utilizing them and they will not be placed in your booth. You cannot request the six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and wastebasket free-of-charge on site.

 

Book your room at the The L.A. Grand Hotel Downtown by the room block cut-off date on Wednesday, June 20th using the code BZBI.

 

Submit a Certificate of Insurance listing BizBash Media, Catalyst Exposition, and the California Market Center as additionally insured. Please submit by Friday, June 29th to the BizBash Event Operations Team.

 

 Note that no booth will be allowed to build over the 8 ft. backdrop without written approval from a member of the BizBash team.

 

Ship your booth materials to arrive on the earliest available date - Friday, July 13th.

 

Order carpet for your booth by June 22nd for the discounted price  – OPTIONAL

 

Order electricity for your booth by June 22nd for the discounted price  – OPTIONAL

 

Order furnishing and/or design and décor elements for your booth by June 22nd for the discounted price – OPTIONAL

 

Order Internet for your booth if needed – OPTIONAL

 

Order a lead retrieval system for your booth from Boomset – OPTIONAL

 

Order additional A/V equipment for your booth from ___ (i.e. monitor, etc.) – OPTIONAL
