Justin Tribe's young and rapid career path in the event industry took notice in 2014 when he accepted the role of Meeting and Event Coordinator at In-N-Out Burger. He coordinated and executed corporate workshops, conferences, awards dinners, and incentive trips before being promoted in just 10 short months to a Conference and Incentive Planner, a title in which he holds today.
 

Justin excels at multi-tasking and loves being in the throes of pressure, as this is where he truly excels. He received a Bachelor of Science from California State University Fullerton in Political Science, and continues his educational reach today as he works to become a Certified Meeting Professional.
 

In January of 2017 Justin moved into a larger role at In-N-Out Burger diving more into décor-oriented and themed events, while still continuing his main focus on workshops, conferences, and incentive trips. Justin works to implement and maintain In-N-Out Burger's quality, standards, and policies at all internal events while teaching and encouraging those around him.

On weekends and free time, Justin can be found out on the golf course or enjoying some kind of competitive sport. He enjoys traveling, being active outdoors, as well as spending time with family and friends.
