Caroline Lett | Director of Campaign Events, University of Southern California

As Director of Campaign Events at the University of Southern California, Caroline Lett produces high-level events for the university's massive $6 billion capital campaign. For the past three years she has been responsible for designing and producing a wide variety of events that support and advance the mission of USC. Prior to this position, Lett served as the Sr. Event and Marketing Director at Warner Bros. Studios Special Events. There she was on the frontlines of some of the biggest and most prestigious events in Hollywood. Throughout her career, she has found time to give back. Lett has been a speaker at industry event conferences four years in a row and has mentored many new members of the industry. She serves on the Advisory Board of Special Events magazine and in 2015, she was named one of "25 Young Professionals to Watch."

Caroline Lett honed her event skills as part of a team that opened restaurants, spending a month at each new location in training staff and staging opening-night events. But it was her first visit to The Special Event that opened her eyes.
"I was in awe of the information, education and endless resources made available to me," she says. "And that's when I knew that that special event production was my path." It turned out to not just be any garden-variety path but one paved with stars, literally. As Sr. Event and Marketing Director of Warner Bros. Special Events, Lett found herself on the front lines of some of the biggest and most prestigious events in Hollywood. Her time there prepared her well for what was to come next.
