  • Exhibitor Move-In: Tuesday, October 24, 2017 from 11am-5pm
  • Exhibitor Move-Out: Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 5:30pm (Please note that breaking down before 5:30pm is strictly prohibited)
  • Location: Javits Center, Exhibit Hall 1B 
  • Registration: Tuesday, October 24, 2017 will be open from 2pm-5pm for all exhibitors passes
  • Exhibit Hours: Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 11am-5:30pm
  • Booth Specs: Each 10’ x 10’ booth area will be provided with a 8' draped back wall, 3' draped side wall, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a booth Identification sign. NOTE: 10' x 5' booths will include the same.

  • The Javits Center has been fitted with a high-density wireless Internet access system. This service includes FREE wireless Internet access up to 256K of bandwidth. The free WiFi service has been optimized for light business uses such as simple web browsing and e-mail. For additional bandwidth, daily rates are available.
